Welcome to the online store www.mboa-restaurant.com. Please read our terms carefully before placing an order. The use of this website and the placement of online orders signifies your acceptance of the following conditions.

Website Ownership & Use

The entire content of the site is the property of SC Etibel Ventures SRL and is protected by the Copyright Law and laws regarding intellectual and industrial property. Use of any element of the website without the permission of mboa-restaurant.com is punishable under applicable laws.

SC Etibel Ventures SRL is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use, in any form, of the information or products found on this site. All site content is published for informational purposes only and cannot substitute for advice or prescriptions from qualified medical professionals.

The images presented on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences may exist between the delivered products and those shown in the images.

mboa-restaurant.com is not responsible for printing or display errors regarding prices, characteristics, or images. If a product’s price or features were incorrectly displayed and delivery has not yet occurred, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the customer as soon as possible about the error.

The final price paid by the customer consists of the product price and the shipping fees. mboa-restaurant.com does not charge any additional fees when you purchase a product. All prices include VAT.

This website uses security measures to protect against the loss, alteration, or misuse of information under our control. However, mboa-restaurant.com does not assume responsibility for information loss caused by software or server errors hosting the site.

Return Policy

In accordance with Government Ordinance No. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract by notifying us in writing via email at contact@mboa-restaurant.com or by post, without penalties and without giving any reason, However, considering that we operate a Restaurant, any claims must be filled immediately the product is delivered to the buyer.

Perishable products cannot be returned.

If you are not satisfied with non-perishable products (e.g., handmade items), you may return them within 10 working days of receiving the item. Please contact us by phone or in writing for this process.

The only condition is that the product must be in the same condition as delivered (including original packaging and accompanying documents). You will receive a refund within a maximum of 15 days from the return date. All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, even if the original order qualified for a free shipping promotion.

Product returns fall under Ordinance No. 130 from 31.09.2000, amended by Law No. 51 from 21.01.2003, regarding distance contracts. As per this legislation, the Consumer (any natural person or group of persons acting outside their professional activity) has the right to notify the seller in writing within 10 working days from product receipt, without penalties and without providing a reason. The product can only be returned if it is in perfect condition, including packaging, and shows no signs of use or wear.

The return policy applies only to products delivered through Courier Services. Orders picked up from our premises or delivered directly by our staff are not considered distance sales, as the products can be inspected and accepted in person.

According to Ordinance No. 130 / 2000, Chapter 1, Article 2, letter a), a distance contract is one concluded between a trader and a consumer, under a system organized by the trader that exclusively uses one or more distance communication methods.

Conformity Statement and Warranty

SC Etibel Ventures SRL, based in Cluj County, Piata Stefan cel Mare No. 5, Stairs 5, Apt. 40, Reg. Com. No. J12/2232/23.07.2015, VAT Code RO 34564802, phone: 0790.474.145, guarantees and declares under its own responsibility that, in accordance with Government Decision No. 1022/2002 regarding product safety, the products it sells do not endanger life, health, occupational safety, do not harm the environment, and comply with EU norms. Silver accessories have a purity of 92.5%. Natural stones may have slight color differences or cracks—these are not defects but part of their natural appearance.

Customers of mboa-restaurant.com may return non-perishable products within 10 working days. Returns are made at the customer’s expense. mboa-restaurant.com guarantees the refund of the order value within 15 days of receiving written contract cancellation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Complaints & Notifications

Any complaint regarding product non-conformity must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, to contact@mboa-restaurant.com. Complaints after this deadline cannot be considered.

For issues such as missing items, wrong products, incorrect quantities, or billing errors, please notify us in writing at contact@mboa-restaurant.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All written complaints will receive a written response. Resolution time varies depending on the issue and required checks and may range from 24 hours to 14 working days. We strive to respond within 24 hours, but in complex cases that depend on third parties in the supply chain, this may not be possible.

Disclaimer of Liability

Parcel Damage During Transport: If, upon receipt, the package shows visible signs of damage (wet, crushed, torn, tape removed, etc.), the buyer must refuse the package and request a damage report from the courier. Accepting a damaged parcel without a report voids any future claims and compensation.

Despite our efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, manufacturers may change ingredient lists without notice. The actual product packaging and materials may contain more or different information than shown on our website. All product information is for informational purposes only. Always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. SC Etibel Ventures SRL is not responsible for inaccuracies or misstatements about products from third-party manufacturers. This does not affect your legal rights.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All content on the site—logos, stylized representations, trademarks, images, text, multimedia—are the exclusive property of mboa-restaurant.com, and all rights are reserved either directly or through licenses.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, modify, transfer, link, display, or include any site content outside the original intended context without express written consent from Mboa Restaurant.

Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of products transfers to the buyer upon delivery and full payment, defined as either:

Signing the delivery document provided by the courier, orSigning the invoice in the case of direct delivery by the seller’s staff.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes between Mboa Restaurant and customers will be resolved amicably or, if that fails, by the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
